This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation and benefits programs that support talent attraction, engagement, and retention. Day-to-day tasks include conducting job evaluations, reviewing and updating compensation structures, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The role also involves analyzing market data, preparing reports and recommendations for leadership, coordinating with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters, and communicating compensation and benefits policies clearly to employees.
