This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex operational and logistics challenges through technology.</p> <p>In this role, you will work closely with US-based engineering teams, product managers, business stakeholders, and globally distributed contractors to design, develop, and support mission-critical solutions within logistics and inventory management domains. Key business areas include Outbound Logistics, Reverse Logistics, Inventory Adjustments, and Inventory Counting, with a strong focus on improving operational experiences for store employees through reliable and user-centric software solutions.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines strong full stack development expertise with cloud-native engineering practices, observability, automation, and distributed systems knowledge. This position also includes participation in production support and platform modernization initiatives.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, JavaScript, React, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.</li> <li>Build reusable frontend components and ensure high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experiences across platforms.</li> <li>Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations supporting enterprise logistics and inventory workflows.</li> <li>Write automated tests, troubleshoot defects, and optimize application reliability and maintainability.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineering peers, product managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders in Agile development environments.</li> <li>Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives while contributing to overall engineering excellence.</li> <li>Mentor junior engineers and support best practices around code quality, testing, and software design.</li> <li>Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as New Relic and Splunk.</li> <li>Support containerized application deployments using Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures within AWS and GCP environments.</li> <li>Work with Kafka and event-driven architectures to enable real-time data streaming and distributed system communication.</li> <li>Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation to improve development velocity and operational stability.</li> <li>Lead and execute platform upgrades, infrastructure migrations, and modernization initiatives with minimal business disruption.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to cloud security, networking, and operational best practices to maintain system reliability and compliance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript development.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development practices.</li> <li>Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.</li> <li>Solid understanding of SQL and relational database systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with Spring Boot and backend service development.</li> <li>Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP.</li> <li>Hands-on exposure to Kubernetes and containerized application deployment strategies.</li> <li>Experience with Kafka or other event streaming and messaging technologies.</li> <li>Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic and Splunk.</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.</li> <li>Familiarity with Node.js, NPM, and modern JavaScript tooling ecosystems.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support capabilities.</li> <li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with globally distributed teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management domains is considered a strong plus.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>ALL APPLICATIONS AND CV's MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH</strong></em></p> <p><strong>About</strong></p> <p>We have a global team of talented individuals working on highly innovative enterprise projects and products.
