<p>About UNFRÄMED</p> <p>UNFRÄMED is a premium nail and beauty studio in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. We're known for editorial, design-led work and a considered, elevated client experience — and our content should feel exactly the same way. We're looking for a creative student who can translate what happens in the studio into short-form content people stop scrolling for.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p>Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok) in-studio — nail art, treatments, behind-the-scenes, team moments</p> <p>Capture high-quality photos and video of our work and space</p> <p>Turn a shoot day into a week of content: draft captions, schedule posts, keep a lightweight content calendar</p> <p>Spot and adapt trends (audio, formats) to our brand before they peak</p> <p>Manage community: reply to comments and DMs in our voice, engage with our audience and local sceneKeep a pulse on performance and share simple learnings (what's landing, what isn't)</p> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Enrolled at a university</strong> (required for Werkstudent status) with time for ~15–20 hrs/week during the semester</p> <p>A genuine eye for aesthetics — you understand what "premium" and "editorial" look like, not just trendyHands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video (CapCut, InShot, or similar) — a portfolio, personal account, or sample Reels matter more than a CV</p> <p>Comfortable being self-directed and reliable — you can run a shoot and hit a posting cadence without hand-holding</p> <p>Based in Berlin and able to come into the studio in Prenzlauer Berg regularly (content is shot on-site)Working</p> <p>Fluent in English, German or Russian is a plus</p> <h2>Benefits</h2> <p>Real creative ownership of a brand with a strong, distinctive aesthetic</p> <p>A small, ambitious team and direct access to the founder</p> <p>Flexible hours that work around your studies</p> <p>A beautiful studio to create in — and a portfolio you'll be proud to show</p> <p>Send us a short note about why this role fits you, plus <strong>links to content you've made</strong> — your own account, sample Reels, or anything you're proud of.</p> <p>A CV is welcome but the work speaks loudest.</p> <p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/">Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
