You’ll partner closely with design, product, and engineering teams to shape content systems that scale by moving beyond copy to define structure, meaning, and user understanding across digital products.</p> <p>Intentionally remote, our team thrives in a culture that values flexibility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology. Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences.</p> <h3><strong>What you will do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead content design across client engagements, shaping clear, user-centered experiences through content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture.</li> <li>Translate ambiguous product and business goals into structured content models, messaging frameworks, and scalable content systems.</li> <li>Write and adapt content to meet client needs, balancing brand voice, user experience, and business objectives.</li> <li>Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate content seamlessly into the product development process.</li> <li>Define and deliver key content artifacts (e.g., audits, taxonomies, content models, voice and tone guidelines) while facilitating workshops to align teams on strategy and direction.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you will achieve:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Deliver content systems and experiences that improve clarity, usability, and overall product effectiveness.</li> <li>Create scalable content foundations that support long-term product growth and consistency across platforms.</li> <li>Help teams move from ambiguity to clarity by structuring content in ways that enable confident design and engineering decisions.</li> <li>Strengthen collaboration across disciplines by integrating content design into product thinking from the start.</li> <li>Raise the bar for content design craft across projects, contributing to thoughtful, strategic, and user-centered outcomes.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>About you:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You have 4+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, ideally within an agency environment.</li> <li>You thrive in fast-paced, multi-client settings and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.</li> <li>You bring a strategic approach to content, with experience in content modeling, IA, and structured content.</li> <li>You are experienced working with CMS platforms, shaping how content is structured and managed.</li> <li>You are a strong collaborator and communicator, able to align teams and clearly articulate content decisions to clients and stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Contractor Fee</strong></h3> <p>Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, projects, geographic location, and business needs.</p> <h3><strong>Join our Contractor Pool</strong></h3> <p>This role is designed as a contract position, offering you the opportunity to experience our team and culture while showcasing your contributions.
