This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, loves Excel, and wants to help improve processes that drive savings and efficiency across the business. </p><p></p><p>You’ll start by learning how to audit, analyze, and organize cost data. As you grow, you’ll take on projects that let you shape processes, collaborate with teams, and make a direct impact on how we optimize costs.</p><p></p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Use Excel to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and spot cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Support cost tracking, reporting, and documentation activities.</li><li>Help build and improve processes for auditing and reconciliation.</li><li>Assist in managing projects by organizing tasks, keeping things on track, and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Work with other teams to gather information, ensure accuracy, and solve problems.</li><li>Create reports and dashboards to summarize findings for leadership.</li><li>Jump in on special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.</li><li>Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><strong>What you'll need for success:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis).</li><li>1–3 years of experience in an analytical, financial, operations, or business support role.</li><li>Interest in process improvement and project management; prior exposure is a plus, but a willingness to learn is even more important.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization.</li><li>Curiosity and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><strong>Why you'll love life at Command|Link</strong></b></p><p></p><p>Join us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication.
