Creative Expert (Germany)

<p><strong>Job description - Creative Expert</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Creative Expert based in Germany with a creative approach and a strong profile in PR and creative communications, who can bring fresh and distinctive ideas to our campaigns. This role will be key in complementing the team, as we currently do not have the creative side or a more brand- and storytelling-oriented vision fully developed.</p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participate in Influencer Marketing (IM) performance campaigns from a creative and strategic angle.</li> <li>Design and execute creative campaigns, storytelling, and client presentations.</li> <li>Generate special ideas and differentiated proposals for major deadlines and key events.</li> <li>Identify and capitalize on relevant trends for our clients and campaigns.</li> <li>Improve and optimize pre-briefs, reviewing and validating content together with the team.</li> <li>Support the campaign lead in the development of strategies and presentations.</li> <li>Maintain direct contact with clients and talents through meetings, coffees, and relationship building.</li> <li>Collaborate with the team to propose new opportunities and creative approaches that enhance campaigns.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Languages: fluent German, English and Spanish <strong>(mandatory)</strong></li> <li>Work experience in Germany, with knowledge of the market and clients.</li> <li>Experience in PR, creative communications, IM campaigns, storytelling, and presentations.</li> <li>Ability to contribute from a brand and content perspective while working with the campaign team.</li> <li>Sensitivity toward product and content will be highly valued.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively, contribute innovative ideas, and maintain constant communication with clients.</li> <li>Strategic vision and creativity to identify opportunities and add value to every project.</li> </ul> <p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/">Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
