Creative (Motion Design)

<p>Superside is looking for a motion designer with the creativity, technical expertise, and innovation mindset to push the boundaries of motion design. You’ll work with top global brands, crafting high-impact motion graphics, animated digital ads, Lottie animations, and more, all while collaborating with a world-class, globally distributed team of creatives.</p> <p>This is a high-ownership role where you’ll contribute to cutting-edge projects, explore new animation technologies, and help shape Superside’s creative motion capabilities.</p> <h3>What you'll do</h3> <ul> <li>Design engaging motion graphics for leading global brands across various formats.</li> <li>Collaborate with dedicated account teams across different time zones.</li> <li>Work on a number of simultaneous projects, executed with high attention to detail, on time and budget.</li> <li>Support creative leads to help our customers achieve goals and add business value through design.</li> <li>Take ownership of technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie animations.</li> <li>Explore and integrate AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and animation enhancements.</li> <li>Work on interactive motion projects that push the limits of storytelling and engagement.</li> </ul> <h3>What you will need to succeed</h3> <ul> <li>BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field.</li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video expertise.</li> <li>Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D and video editing a plus).</li> <li>Experience working with Rive and Lottie animations.</li> <li>Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.</li> <li>Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget.</li> <li>Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative tech.</li> <li>Knowledge of working with UI design systems.</li> <li>Preferably some understanding of HTML5.</li> </ul> <h3>Compensation</h3> <h3>Additional Information</h3> <p><b>Why Join us?</b></p> <p>Superside's vision is to create equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world’s transition to online work.
