With a team of 140+ brilliant individuals from around the world, we are actively shaping Yepoda's story every day.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented <strong>Creative Operations Intern</strong> to support the Creative Operations Lead and help keep the creative team’s projects, systems, and information running smoothly.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in the intersection of <strong>project management, marketing, business operations, and creative work</strong>. You do not need to be an expert in our tools or processes — we are looking for someone who is curious, structured, eager to learn, and excited to grow their Creative Operations skill set over the course of the internship.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h3><strong>Your Tasks</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the Creative Operations Lead with the day-to-day coordination and tracking of creative projects, deadlines, feedback, approvals, and deliverables.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help maintain the creative team’s Notion ticketing system and keep project information accurate and up to date.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review incoming tickets for missing information and support smooth handovers between stakeholders and the creative team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with weekly planning, project status updates, meeting notes, action items, and stakeholder follow-ups.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collect and organize data for simple reporting on project volume, timelines, overdue work, and team capacity.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support project coordination and administrative tasks across campaigns, launches, and ongoing creative requests.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with the organization and migration of creative assets into a digital asset management system, including file auditing, naming, tagging, and quality checks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help maintain process documentation, trackers, templates, and other Creative Operations resources.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Your Profile</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are at the beginning of your career, ideally with <strong>up to 1–2 years of relevant internship or professional experience</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are studying or have recently graduated in a field such as <strong>business, marketing, communications, project management, media, or a related area</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy bringing structure to information and processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have an interest in how creative teams work, while also enjoying the coordination, planning, and operational side of projects.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and follow through reliably on tasks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, databases, or other structured information.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are curious, proactive, and keen to learn new tools and ways of working.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous experience with tools such as <strong>Notion, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, or digital asset management systems is a plus, but not required</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Some exposure to marketing, creative production, or project coordination through university, internships, working student roles, or previous employment is beneficial.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are fluent in English.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Dynamic Environment: </strong>The opportunity to work in a start-up environment surrounded by a passionate and dedicated team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Accelerate Your Career: </strong>Take on responsibility from day 1, with room for professional growth and advancement as the company continues to expand.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Inspiring Workspace:</strong> Located in the heart of Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg, a dog-friendly office, with free drinks and snacks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Hybrid Working: </strong>We understand that sometimes you get more stuff done from home and need a change of scenery.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>We Value Diversity: </strong>We seek to build an inclusive workplace that welcomes people from all different backgrounds.
