As a <strong>Customer Engineer</strong>, you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers — ensuring successful adoption of the platform, resolving technical challenges, and translating real-world customer needs into meaningful product improvements. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the broader mission of automating customer call operations at scale.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide hands-on technical guidance to help customers deploy, configure, and optimize the platform for their specific use cases.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Troubleshoot PostgreSQL-backed data workflows and full-stack code (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python) alongside customers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support customers in building effective prompting strategies and AI agent workflows to unlock maximum value from the product.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships, acting as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Gather, synthesize, and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements, documentation, and roadmap decisions.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2+ years of Software Engineering experience with demonstrated, direct business impact through written code.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid experience with <strong>TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with <strong>PostgreSQL</strong>, including troubleshooting data workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in a customer-facing capacity — technical support, solutions engineering, developer relations, or similar.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to help customers with prompting techniques and AI agent workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong computer science fundamentals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior experience in B2C SaaS, conversational AI, or voice automation products.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI/LLM-driven products.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A pragmatic, ship-fast mindset and comfort operating in a small, high-velocity team.</p></li></ul><h3>Location &amp; Work Arrangement</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is <strong>on-site in Berlin, Germany</strong>.
