Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.</p><p></p><div><p><b>Job Posting Title</b> </p></div><div><p>T&amp;T Customer Project Manager </p></div><div><p><b>Job Description Summary</b> </p></div><div><p>In this position you own the complete process to follow-up customer orders from the point of receipt until it gets delivered to customer location worldwide. </p></div><div><p><b>Job Description</b> </p></div><div><p>Key Areas of Responsibility: </p></div><div><p>o Engage with sales/project teams on new opportunities and provide input to proposed project, order and fulfillment process to meet </p></div><div><p>customer requirements within policy/budget. </p></div><div><p>o Taking care of validating and order booking process, create supplier pre-orders if needed. </p></div><div><p>o Daily tracking all orders assigned to him/her – including staging requests, shipment follow-up, communication with customers, internal </p></div><div><p>teams, escalations if needed. </p></div><div><p>o Closely work with suppliers, order fulfillment and shipping team to ensure on time delivery. </p></div><div><p>o Closely work with shipping (export/import) teams to obtain required licenses. </p></div><div><p>o Ensure on time reporting, data maintenance in internal system. </p></div><div><p><u>Basic Requirements:</u> </p></div><div><p>o University or College Degree, preferable in Logistics – or relevant work experience </p></div><div><p>o Language skills: excellent English and native Hungarian any other language is advantage </p></div><div><p>o 1 year + experience in Order Management, Customer Support </p></div><div><p>o Strong knowledge of MS Office </p></div><div><p>o Excellent written and verbal communication skills </p></div><div><p>o An interest in continual improvement and quality methodology </p></div><div><p>o Positive – can-do - attitude is a must in this role </p></div><div><p>o Strong problem-solving skill </p></div><div><p>o Innovative thinking </p></div><div><p>o Being team-player but able to work independently </p></div><div><p>o Very well-organized </p></div><div><p>o Paying attention to details </p></div><div><p>o Able to work under pressure to deliver quality results </p></div><div><p>o Proven analysis skills </p></div><div><p><u>Preferred Requirements:</u> </p></div><div><p>o A second foreign language knowledge </p></div><div><p>o Oracle system knowledge </p></div><div><p>o Six Sigma/Lean knowledge </p></div><p>Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.</p><p></p><p><b>EEO Statement</b><br>NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
