You&#39;ll&amp;nbsp;help build and scale our data platform from ingestion through to the&amp;nbsp;warehouse layer, powering AI Agents, BI, and business decisions across the&amp;nbsp;organization.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You will:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Build and maintain data pipelines from ingestion through to storage&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Take end-to-end ownership of pipeline components&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Model data using data lake and warehouse concepts, and contribute to performance improvements (partitioning, file formats, tuning)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Apply data governance and security practices in your work (least-privilege IAM, encryption, PII handling)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Support the team with data quality, coding consistency and data availability&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into working data solutions&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Identify, formulate, and propose improvements to your own and your team’s practices&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Next Moonfarian:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;2–4 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines in production&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong Python and advanced SQL skills&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Basic Scala experience, or a willingness to pick it up &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;If not, excellent domain of Java or C#&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Familiarity with DBT (models, tests, documentation)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Solid working knowledge of AWS or another major cloud provider&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience with relational databases and data warehouses&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Confident in Git, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Practical experience with Docker&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Solution-oriented, strong attention to detail, and open to feedback and mentorship&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nice to have:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience with Apache Spark or a similar distributed processing framework&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Working knowledge of K8&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Bash scripting&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Flyway or similar SQL migration tools&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;If you feel you do not meet all of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Our Values:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Our clients come first, Moonfare comes second, and we prioritise ourselves third - Client-Centric Focus. &lt;/strong&gt;Putting clients first means creating value for them is essential.
