Data Manager Efficiency

As a <strong>Data Manager – Efficiency Engine</strong>, you will contribute to improving operational efficiency, optimizing data workflows, and implementing automation solutions to accelerate project delivery within Research and Translational Medicine activities.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsabilities : </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Support the deployment and operational management of the <strong>Efficiency Engine</strong> initiative.</li><li>Analyze and map existing processes to identify optimization opportunities.</li><li>Contribute to the redesign of Data Management activities and RACI models.</li><li>Develop and implement <strong>automation solutions</strong> to improve data capture and processing efficiency.</li><li>Monitor and manage operational tickets and support data management teams.</li><li>Design, calculate, and track <strong>performance KPIs and dashboards</strong>.</li><li>Produce documentation, test cases, reports, and presentation materials.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data flows and operational performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree in Data Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. </li><li>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in Data Management.</li><li>Experience in <strong>scientific data standardization and qualification</strong>.</li><li>Strong skills in <strong>Python, SQL, and AI/LLM technologies</strong>.</li><li>Experience in process optimization, workflow analysis, and automation.</li><li>Knowledge of ticketing systems and KPI/dashboard development.</li><li>Experience in pharmaceutical R&amp;D, preclinical research, or translational medicine is preferred.</li><li>Fluent French and English.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Why join us?</p><p>At Excelya, we combine a passion for science with the enthusiasm of teamwork to redefine excellence in healthcare.</p><p>Here's what makes us unique:</p><p>We are a young and ambitious healthcare company, bringing together 900 Excelyates, driven by the goal of becoming the leading mid-sized CRO in Europe, while offering the best employee experience.</p><p>Our "one-stop provider" service model—combining full-service, functional service provider, and consulting—allows you to grow through diverse and stimulating projects.
