<p><strong>GT was founded in 2019 by a former Apple, Nest, and Google executive.</strong> GT’s mission is to connect the world’s best talent with product careers offered by high-growth companies in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands.<br>Our clients operate in industries like <strong>healthcare, life sciences, fintech, retail, e-commerce, finance and many more</strong> - giving our team exposure to real-world, high-impact projects.</p><p>On behalf of our client, GT is looking for a <strong>Data Strategy Analyst </strong>to support a large-scale Data Transformation Programme focused on enterprise data strategy, governance and data quality.</p><p></p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Data Strategy Analyst </strong>to join a UK-based client in the healthcare and pharmacy domain.</p><p>In this role, you’ll support the client’s enterprise Data Transformation Programme by helping develop and implement data strategy, governance practices and data quality initiatives.</p><p>Working closely with both business and technical teams, you’ll help establish clear ownership models, coordinate key data activities and contribute to building a strong foundation for enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and data, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and helping drive strategic data initiatives.</p><p></p><p><strong>Project duration</strong>: until the beginning of December (with possible extension).</p><p><strong>Start date</strong>: ASAP.</p><p></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Maintain and help coordinate the enterprise data backlog, ensuring priorities reflect agreed value opportunities and programme direction.</p></li><li><p>Support the Head of Data Strategy in establishing the data governance and domain ownership model, including principles, roles and RACI.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the Customer Data Strategy and support governance reviews, producing clear recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate foundational data activities, including data quality improvements and the move toward a sustainable Data Quality Framework.</p></li><li><p>Assist in defining and testing elements of the operating model for reporting, analytics and continuous delivery.</p></li><li><p>Prepare analysis, documentation and recommendations to support decision‑making in programme‑level forums.</p><p></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Essential knowledge, skills &amp; experience:</strong></h2><ul><li><p>At least 7+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Governance or Enterprise Data Management.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of enterprise data governance principles.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with data quality initiatives and governance processes.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing or coordinating backlogs and priorities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Advanced English.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><strong>Nice-to-have </strong></h2><ul><li><p>Experience supporting enterprise Data Transformation Programmes.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Customer Data Strategy initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Experience defining or supporting reporting and analytics operating models.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with data governance frameworks and RACI models.</p><p></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Soft Skills</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset.</p></li><li><p>Well-organised and detail-oriented.</p></li><li><p>Proactive and solution-oriented.</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritise multiple initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.</p><p></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Interview Steps</strong></h2><ol><li><p>GT interview with Recruiter</p></li><li><p>Technical interview</p></li><li><p>Final interview</p></li><li><p>Client meeting</p></li><li><p>Reference check</p></li><li><p>Security check</p></li></ol>
