</p> <h3>ABOUT THE TEAM</h3> <p>The Deal Desk team sits within Finance and helps Mural execute complex and non-standard sales agreements. As a small, highly collaborative team, we work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal and GTM Systems to provide guidance, manage risk and ensure deals align with company policies and revenue requirements.</p> </p> <h3>YOUR MISSION</h3> <p>As a Deal Desk Analyst, you’ll help turn complex sales opportunities into successful customer agreements. You’ll apply sound judgment, attention to detail and a solutions oriented mindset to help Sales move efficiently while maintaining financial and operational discipline. Your work will support a faster, more consistent and scalable deal process as Mural grows.</p> </p> <h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Review opportunities, quotes, pricing, discounts, and contract terms for accuracy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support deals from quote creation through billing.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure deals follow internal policies and revenue requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with Sales to answer questions and help move opportunities forward.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with Finance to confirm billing details and revenue-related requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Legal on contract terms and non-standard requests.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with the GTM Systems team to resolve Salesforce or system-related issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain accurate deal documentation and record relevant deal precedents.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify process improvements that increase deal speed, accuracy, and consistency.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help develop and maintain team resources, guidelines, and knowledge repositories.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help create a smooth, scalable deal experience for internal teams and customers.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>WHAT YOU'LL BRING</h3> <ul> <li> <p> 4+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating non-standard sales contracts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of deal structures, pricing models, and revenue recognition principles.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar).</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. </p> <h3>Equal Opportunity </h3> <p>We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
