This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing areas within Sony Sports Technology. Our team combines Hawk-Eye's world-leading tracking technology with KinaTrax's markerless motion capture systems to provide cutting-edge athlete performance insights across elite sport.<br /></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll be joining a collaborative team of around 20 people that's expected to grow to approximately 25 over the coming year. Unlike many delivery roles that focus on a single product or sport, you'll support initiatives across Major League Baseball, the NFL, NBA, NHL, cricket, tennis and golf.<br /></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll also be joining at an exciting time as we continue delivering one of Sony Sports Technology's largest strategic partnerships while helping shape the future of biomechanics technology.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h1><strong>About the Role</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and helping technical teams deliver their best work.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Delivery Manager, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Solution Owners and software engineers to coordinate the delivery of technical initiatives across our biomechanics products.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll help keep projects moving by managing priorities, coordinating dependencies, identifying risks early and ensuring teams have the information they need to deliver successfully.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This isn't a traditional project management role. Priorities can change quickly as new opportunities emerge across multiple sports, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two weeks are quite the same.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h1><strong>What You'll Work On</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Supporting delivery across multiple biomechanics products and sports initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinating work across engineering, product and operational teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Managing delivery roadmaps, milestones and project planning activities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Supporting Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and delivery processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Tracking project progress and ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of delivery.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identifying risks, dependencies and blockers before they impact delivery.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads and Solution Owners to coordinate priorities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Helping improve delivery processes and ways of working across the Biomechanics Value Stream.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Building strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders across Sony Sports Technology.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h1><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your first few months will focus on learning the products, understanding how our teams work and building strong relationships across the business.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As your confidence grows, you'll begin taking ownership of delivery activities, supporting roadmap planning, identifying delivery risks and helping improve the way the team collaborates.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Success in this role isn't about changing everything on day one.
