You join strategic accounts early, run the technical deployment hands-on, and fully take over post-sale. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">No two days look the same: you fly out to customers when it counts, you onboard hundreds of end users, surface expansion signals, and eventually turn a single entry point into a multi-year partnership. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Most importantly, you will have a direct line into product and shape Conduct’s product roadmap as we further build out the platform.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a very entrepreneurial role, our GTM team is still small and lean. You'll build the engine behind everything: onboarding flows, tooling, reusable playbooks — enough that customer capacity compounds without headcount scaling linearly.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Who we hire</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for people who share our obsession with delivering for customers. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll fit right in if your former colleagues would, without hesitating, call you one of the sharpest people they've ever worked with, and if you're at your best inside complex technical environments. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">In practice that tends to look like:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>2+ years working with customers in a technical capacity.</strong> Direct enterprise experience preferred; deployment-heavy, forward-deployed, or technical account roles where you owned a real outcome inside a customer's systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Solid depth in enterprise tech, ERP, or comparably complex software.</strong> No SAP background required on day one, but we expect you to go deep, fast.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Real commercial instinct.</strong> You spot expansion, you can hold an early commercial conversation, and you understand that a great deployment is also how accounts grow.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>A builder with genuine hunger.</strong> You want to build the process <em>and</em> do the hands-on customer work, not just one or the other.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Low ego and self-aware.</strong> You're comfortable saying "I don't know" in a technically complex environment, then going and figuring it out.</p></li></ul><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
