The net effect is to eliminate misinformation, achieve low coordination costs, and enable high-quality tasks and collaboration at scale with minimal or little prompting.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><h2>About the Role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">To own to own social media strategy and execution, community management, and paid digital marketing</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will build our digital presence, grow and engage audiences, and drive user acquisition through organic and paid channels.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><h2>What You'll Be Doing</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own social media strategy, content publishing and growth across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and manage social content strategy, UGC campaigns and creator partnerships</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and engage communities across Reddit, Hacker News, Discord and relevant AI and technology forums</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, X and other digital platforms, including budgets, targeting and optimisation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute digital campaigns for product launches, audience growth and user acquisition</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track and optimise engagement, conversion, acquisition costs and campaign ROI</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><h2>What You'll Need</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of experience in digital, social media, performance or growth marketing, preferably in consumer technology sector</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record growing social audiences and driving measurable engagement</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of social algorithms, online communities and content distribution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with UGC, influencer marketing and creator partnerships</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical skills, creativity and ability to execute independently</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><h2>Nice to Have</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience marketing consumer mobile applications or AI products</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience growing social channels or communities from zero</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience running digital campaigns across international markets</p></li></ul><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
