This unique, permanent, full-time role combines high-level tax preparation and advisory with essential administrative management. The ideal candidate is a professional self-starter who can efficiently prioritize technical tax work alongside critical office support duties.</p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Tax Preparation &amp; Compliance:</strong>&nbsp;Prepare and review complex Individual and Business Tax Returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065). Handle specialized reporting including equity compensation (RSUs/ESPP), Cryptocurrency, and complex international forms (e.g., FBAR 114, 8938, 2555, 1116, 3520).</li> <li><strong>Advisory Support:</strong>&nbsp;Research tax law, assist with client tax planning, and support senior staff in resolving IRS and State tax notices.</li> <li><strong>Client Interaction:</strong>&nbsp;Communicate directly and professionally with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active&nbsp;<strong>CPA</strong>&nbsp;license or&nbsp;<strong>Enrolled Agent (EA)</strong>&nbsp;designation.</li> <li>At least 2 years of proven experience.</li> <li>Proven expertise in complex tax preparation across various entity types.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Google platforms, and rapid adaptability to specialized tax software.</li> <li>Excellent professional English speaking and writing skills for frequent client and team communication.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Busy Season:</strong>&nbsp;Extended hours and&nbsp;<strong>mandatory overtime</strong>&nbsp;are required during our busy season (typically February through April).
