Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond.</span><br></p><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">The opportunity</span></strong> </p><p><span style="color:#121317">We are looking for a </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">Director of Global Integrations Delivery</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">, whom we prefer to describe internally as Supply,</span><strong><span style="color:#121317">&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">to lead and execute our global integration strategies and deliver outstanding solutions to key stakeholders across multiple markets. This role manages six teams globally and reports directly to the CEO.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">What you’ll do</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Lead Integrations Strategy:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Take ownership of the strategic direction and roadmap for the Integrations team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and driving automation and innovation within integrations.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Product and Project Leadership:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Oversee the scoping, execution, and delivery of technical integration projects, including onboarding new carriers, and creating data-driven solutions that add value to our stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Work closely with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless integrations, drive process improvements, and facilitate effective communication across teams.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Stakeholder Management:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive integration initiatives forward.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Process Optimisation:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Identify opportunities for process improvements across product management, Jira usage, reporting systems, and overall delivery, helping the team to scale effectively.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Leadership and Mentoring:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Lead and mentor a diverse team of integration experts, product managers, and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Global Expansion:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Own the delivery of integration projects and carrier onboarding strategies in new regions (Europe, LATAM, SEA) to ensure scalability and drive business growth.</span><br></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Workplace: </span></strong><span style="color:#121317">Berlin &amp; Hybrid</span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Germany, preferably in our headquarters in Berlin.</span></p> <br> <p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Who You Are</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Experience:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> 5+ years of experience in technical product management, project management, operations management or integrations management, with hands-on experience in leading complex integrations in API and data product environments.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Leadership:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing technical teams to deliver results on time and within scope.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Stakeholder Influence:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, with a focus on collaboration and driving strategic decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Technical Expertise:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Experience working with large-scale products and systems.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Process-Oriented:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Experience implementing process improvements in project management tools (e.g., Jira), reporting systems, and delivery methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality results.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Global Perspective:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Comfortable managing international teams and integration strategies across diverse regions (Europe, LATAM, SEA).</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Education:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background is essential to effectively engage with the development team and stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Languages:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
