You’ll play a key role in influencing the direction of both the product and the broader customer experience.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;You’ll lead and grow a team of Product Designers, helping them do the best work of their careers while strengthening design thinking, collaboration, and craft across Monzo.
