You will work closely with executive management to expand our consulting capabilities, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth. <br> <br>This is a highly customer-facing leadership role with responsibility for consulting strategy, delivery excellence, and organizational performance. </p></p><br><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITES</strong><p><ul><li><span><span>Define and execute the consulting strategy aligned with company objectives</span></span></li><li><span><span>Own overall consulting performance including revenue,</span><span>utilization</span><span>, customer satisfaction, and delivery quality</span></span></li><li><span><span>Lead strategic customer engagements and executive stakeholder relationships</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support Sales in business development and complex customer opportunities</span></span></li><li><span><span>Drive consulting excellence through standardized delivery models and governance</span></span></li><li><span><span>Develop leaders and strengthen organizational capabilities</span></span></li><li><span><span>Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Management</span></span></li><li><span><span>Identify</span><span>opportunities to improve consulting offerings and service portfolio</span></span></li><li><span><span>Lead organizational transformation initiatives and continuous improvement</span></span></li></ul></p><br><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong><p><ul><li><span><span>Several years of leadership experience in SAP Consulting</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong commercial understanding and customer engagement experience</span></span></li><li><span><span>Proven</span><span>track record</span><span>managing consulting organizations</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience within Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or highly regulated industries</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong business acumen and strategic thinking</span></span></li></ul><span><span><br></span></span><span><span>NICE TO HAVE</span></span><br><ul><li><span><span>SAP Certification</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience leading international consulting businesses</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience with enterprise SaaS or SAP partner organizations</span></span></li><li><span><span>MBA or equivalent leadership qualification</span></span></li></ul></p><br><strong>YOUR WORKPLACE</strong><p>Our state-of-the-art office is well equipped with modern furniture and equipment.
