Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

It combines deep technical expertise with a strong consulting mindset.</p> <br> <ul><li><p>Take ownership of solution architecture and technical design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Gather and analyse customer requirements</p></li><li><p>Conduct fit gap analyses and translate business requirements into technical solutions</p></li><li><p>Design and document CRM architectures, including integration and data models</p></li><li><p>Provide technical leadership to implementation teams</p></li><li><p>Coordinate external partners and stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Advise customers at eye level, from strategic planning through to implementation</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and architectural standards</p></li><li><p>Support pre sales activities and customer presentations</p></li><li><p>Mentor and support junior consultants</p></li></ul><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong><br>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>At least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment</p></li><li><p>Several years of experience in a solution architecture or senior consulting role</p></li><li><p>Strong practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Sales and Customer Service</p></li><li><p>Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse</p></li><li><p>Experience designing integration architectures with Azure and third party systems</p></li><li><p>Previous consulting or project experience is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Very good German skills, minimum C1 level.
