You will be responsible for wiring, testing, and commissioning electrical components both in our lab and on-site. You will collaborate closely with mechanical and software teams to ensure seamless system integration, resolve technical issues, and implement improvements across new and existing systems.</p><h1><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Installation &amp; Integration</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and wire electrical systems for robotic applications, including cabinets and field wiring. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support system commissioning in the robotics lab and at customer locations.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with mechanical and software engineers to ensure correct system integration.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement technical improvements and modifications based on project feedback.  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Diagnose and resolve electrical faults during development and deployment.</p></li></ul><h1><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Completed technical training (e.g. <em>State-certified Technician</em> in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation) or a comparable vocational qualification (e.g. Electrician, Control Cabinet Builder, Electrical Master)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Certified to perform electrical work (Elektrofachkraft – EFK)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Relevant professional experience in automation or robotics preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Willingness to travel: <strong>≈</strong> 25-50% </p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with electrical installations, control systems, sensors, and actuators  </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on mentality and technical craftsmanship</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Basic knowledge of EPLAN/Splan is a plus</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Valid Class B driver’s license (EU)</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>Our interview plan:</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Application</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take‑home assignment: You’ll work on a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for.
