Electronics Industrialization Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Coordination Manager to join our team. The role is based in France, with a French employment contract and local employment conditions.</p><p></p><p><strong>Main Tasks</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in the design phase to understand and integrate constraints.</li><li>Define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, quality control).</li><li>Maintain manufacturing documentation UpToDate (BOMs, routings, procedures).</li><li>Coordinate interactions between R&amp;D, production, quality and procurement teams.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues during production.</li><li>Participate in monitoring EMS manufacturing performance in terms of production capacity, quality, cost and delivery.</li><li>Define and coordinate implementation of assembly and testing phases for the final product in our Prague production unit.</li><li>Manage and monitor orders between Prague and the EMS manufacturing plant based on annual sales forecasts.</li><li>Lead prototyping, pre-series and ramp-up phases of the new product.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul><li> Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design office or electronic product manufacturing environment. </li><li>Degree in Electronics Engineering.</li><li> Previous experience as an Industrialization / Methods Engineer and/or Industrial Transfer Manager. </li><li> Experience managing technical projects, including planning, coordination, and reporting. </li><li> Ability to produce clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documentation. </li><li> Strong knowledge of electronics, including electronic schematics, components, and industry standards (CE, RoHS, IPC, etc.). </li><li> Good understanding of industrial processes, including PCB assembly, testing, quality control, and traceability. </li><li> Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including BOMs, mechanical drawings, and manufacturing files. </li><li> Experience working with CAD tools such as Altium, Eagle, SolidWorks, or similar. </li><li> Basic knowledge of automation and testing, including test benches, microcontroller programming, and validation scripts. </li><li> Fluent in both French and English.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>We have flat hierarchies and encourage direct communication between departments and levels of management.
