The program starts in August and has a global footprint with 7 independent functional tracks. The Aspire Engineering &amp; Technology track is for emerging talent, highly motivated engineering talent—people with a passion for technology and innovation, a drive to deliver technical excellence and develop their leadership skills.</p> <p><b>Take your career to the next level</b></p> <p>ASPIRE members complete four 6-months or two six months + 1 year rotations inside Engineering &amp; Technology function: rotations are determined by the hiring business segment, in alignment with the ASPIRE member’s career interest and performance. All rotations include in-depth technical training within the function and meaningful working experience on the most relevant technologies and being in contact with Customers as well.</p> <p>The Aspire Engineering &amp; Technology track is for highly motivated engineering talent—people with a passion for technology and innovation, a drive to deliver technical excellence and develop their technical and soft skills through training and a variety of business-critical assignments. The program is designed to accelerate participants' professional development through intense technical training and a variety of business-critical assignments. </p> <p>Program graduates have the technical foundation to make innovative contributions proactively and continually to BH's future and to Energy transition challenge.</p> <p>As part of our Emerging Talent Program, you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Participating in intentional and structured career development activities and receiving active coaching and mentoring</li> <li>Completing formal training in engineering and technology courses essential to the Baker Hughes Engineers and relevant for ASPIRE and the business</li> <li>Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers, interacting with global business leaders cross-functionally</li> <li>Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams</li> <li>Participating in international experiences and assignments<br /> </li> </ul> <p><b>Fuel your passion</b></p> <p>To be successful in this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Have a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, Control, Chemical, Energy, or achieve the above Master’s degree in related Engineering Disciplines, or have equivalent knowledge or up to 3 years work experience maximum</li> <li>Demonstrated Academic excellence</li> <li>Internship in any of the technical areas (Engineering preferred) or related equivalent experience</li> <li>Passion for engineering with strong technical attitude and an analytical approach to problem solving</li> <li>Geographically mobile (locations may vary)</li> <li>Fluent in English (oral and written)</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without company sponsorship.</li> </ul> <p>As desired characteristics you will demonstrate effective written and oral communication, integrity, critical thinking/analytical skills, agility/flexibility, a continuous learning mindset, a high “say-do” ratio (execute on your commitments), teamwork and collaboration, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, drive for results, and initiative.</p> <p><b>Location: Florence, Italy</b> </p> <p><b>Work in a way that works for you</b></p> <p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
