style="min-height:1.5em">Strong software engineering background</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience leading or mentoring engineers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience delivering distributed or cloud-native systems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort working in high-growth, evolving environments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication and alignment skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to balance delivery pace with long-term system health</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with AI
