Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.</p> <p><b>Collaborate with the best</b><br />As Engineering Senior Specialist - Customer Application Engineering, with Reciprocating Compressor Application, you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Leading the preparation and management of technical proposal relevant to Reciprocating Compressor applications with a critical approach to maximize value proposition for Customer.</li> <li>Leading the definition of the technical strategy of the project thus influencing Customer towards Baker Hughes solutions.</li> <li>Taking care of the estimation/accuracy of the budget associated with the proposed solution.</li> <li>Preparing, within the required timeline, the most compelling technical proposal at first submission.</li> <li>Applying product and quality policies, addressing, and mitigating any residual risk as per Baker Hughes procedures.</li> <li>Leading the technical negotiation, coordinating with supporting functions and attending to meeting/presentation with Customer.</li> <li>Handing over the technical contract to execution team in case of award in the smoothest way achievable.</li> </ul> <p><b>Fuel your passion</b><br />To be successful in this role, you will</p> <ul> <li>Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.</li> <li>Have experience in Engineering, Application Engineering, Product management, Customer Service, or equivalent technical role for at least 5 years.</li> <li>Be fluent in English (spoken and written) with good communication skills.</li> <li>Have a willingness to work on stretched deadlines with flexible time management.</li> <li>Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously with solid time management.</li> <li>Be available to travel at short notice.</li> <li>Effective problem identification and solution skills.</li> <li>Capability to work in team and ability to take decisions independently.</li> <li>Be very open to work in multicultural teams and be open-minded.</li> </ul> <p><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br />We recognise that everyone is different and the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best varies. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position.
