We are Flalingo, a vibrant language learning garden with thousands of students worldwide, teaching English through live online lessons. With the magical touch of Generative AI, we offer our students a personalized and interactive learning journey.<br><br>How about being a part of Flalingo's colorful world from the comfort of your home? You'll teach students from all around the globe, helping them improve their language skills and inspiring them along the way. Plus, you'll play an active role in our community of thousands of tutors, shaping the future of Flalingo!<br><br><strong>What We're Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>You should have high-speed internet, a modern computer, and a cozy workspace at home.</li><li>You should have at least two years of experience teaching English to kids between the ages of 4 and 12.</li><li>You should use play-based and interactive teaching methods in your lessons.</li><li>You should be experienced in giving live online lessons and focused on improving speaking skills.</li><li>If you've been involved in speaking clubs before, we assure you that our Tutor Community Manager will put a star on your resume!</li><li>You should be tech-savvy and comfortable with online teaching tools.</li><li>You should have excellent English communication skills.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Degree in English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, Translation &amp; Interpretation, or related fields</li><li>Preferably holds a teaching certificate (pedagogical formation)</li><li>Commitment: Minimum of 30 hours per week.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English to children</li><li>Familiarity with play-based teaching techniques</li><li>Patient, creative, energetic, and strong in child communication</li><li>Able to use technology effectively in lessons</li><li>Proficient in using online teaching platforms<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Holds international teaching certifications such as CELTA, TEFL or TESOL</li><li>Experience in preschool or primary school settings</li><li>Advanced level of English proficiency<br><br></li></ul>Remember, at Flalingo, we believe in the motto "Do Good."
