Enterprise Account Executive

<h2>The mission:</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">comstruct is building the agentic workforce for procurement in European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a <strong>€12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures</strong>, along with top European investors.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What you’ll do:</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Close contracts for enterprise accounts in Europe (deal size €100k-1M, 2,000+ FTE)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own your territory: land the biggest construction companies in Europe and expand accounts from local to global</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with BDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to win enterprise deals and make sure the product fits your customers</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What you bring:</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4+ years of experience as an Account Executive in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Closed SaaS deals at €100k+ (ideally in traditional industries like manufacturing, logistics, construction, trade)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excelled in your numbers and consistently ranked at the top of your team in a fast-paced startup environment (ideally Seed to Series C)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take ownership, are coachable, value feedback</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent in German and English</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What we offer</strong>:</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Salary: <strong>€160-220k OTE</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take over an existing book of business with the largest construction companies in Europe</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A high performance culture where every department delivers excellence</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A market that is unsaturated and largely undigitized (still running on paper and Excel), which presents a great opportunity to win and lead the market</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Regular feedback sessions with experienced mentors like <strong>Johann Butting (Vice President of Slack)</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Perks:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Team offsites - our last two were in Mallorca and Italy.
