Enterprise AI Transformation Lead, DACH

<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">A fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed enterprise AI automation startup is looking for an <strong>Enterprise AI Transformation Lead</strong> to own and scale AI-driven change across the DACH region from Munich. This is a senior, high-ownership role working directly with the founding team to help multibillion-euro enterprises become AI-native operators.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite leaders, personally build and deploy high-impact AI agent solutions, and play a central role in growing the regional team as the company expands across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of elite consulting, cutting-edge AI, and hands-on company building.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own regional outcomes across DACH, operating primarily from Munich.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run each account as a structured consulting engagement — stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, roadmapping, rollout, and measurable results.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify the highest-value AI use cases for each customer and diagnose where AI creates the most leverage.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build the first agents yourself to prove value, then drive adoption org-wide.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Host executive workshops, strategic briefings, and leadership-oriented QBRs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Navigate complex enterprise politics to find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with the founding team on regional strategy, key accounts, and Munich team-building.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering — prioritising what they need and pushing back when necessary.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Systematically automate your own workflows by building agents to eliminate manual work.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Dealbreakers:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Native-level German proficiency — essential for C-suite engagements in the DACH market.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Based in Munich or fully willing to relocate.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of enterprise AI transformation experience delivering roadmaps and C-suite engagements at large enterprises.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience shipping production AI agents, including model routing, evaluation design, data residency considerations, and enterprise integration architecture.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Tier-one consulting background (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, QuantumBlack) or equivalent transformation track record.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience leading C-level engagements and driving large-scale enterprise transformations with measurable outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep hands-on AI expertise: agent building, model selection, eval design, and integration architecture.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building and deploying agent workflows in enterprise AI platforms or equivalent tooling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Commercial acumen across renewals, expansions, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building and leading a regional team with ambitions to scale across Europe.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ex-founder or early-stage startup experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable with frequent travel and spending multiple days per week at customer sites.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Mindset:</strong> Extremely high agency, high energy, fast decision-making, concise communication.
