This role is responsible for producing live and tender quotations, preparing schedules, sourcing products, and responding to customer enquiries while maintaining a maximum 12-hour turnaround time. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Previous experience in architectural ironmongery or a related construction/building products industry.</li><li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Product sourcing and negotiation skills are advantageous.</li><li>Customer service-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prepare and send accurate live and tender quotations within required turnaround times.</li><li>Create and maintain schedules using the company's scheduling system.</li><li>Respond promptly to customer enquiries and requests for additional information.</li><li>Source products and coordinate sample requests for customers.</li><li>Assist with negotiations to achieve competitive pricing where appropriate.</li><li>Ensure quotations are accurate, complete, and aligned with customer requirements.</li><li>Work closely with the Senior Estimator and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of quotations, schedules, and customer communications.</li><li>Uphold the values of urgency, reliability, quality, and solution-oriented service in all daily activities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why RecruitGo?<br><br></strong>RecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
