EVENT MANAGER (m/w/d)

<h2>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <p><em><strong>Organize international events. Connect the scientific community. Strengthen our global brand presence.</strong></em></p> <p>You will manage our international events from planning to execution, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure the smooth delivery of projects worldwide.</p> <ul> <li>Planning, organizing, and executing international events – both virtual and on-site, including conferences, webinars, workshops, sponsorship activities, and distributor meetings</li> <li>Further developing existing event formats and contributing to the international event strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing</li> <li>Managing trade show and conference participation, including booth concepts, logistics, product demonstrations, and marketing activities</li> <li>Coordinating event-related promotional campaigns together with the marketing team</li> <li>Managing external vendors and working closely with internal departments, international distributors, and partners</li> <li>Planning budgets, evaluating event performance, and continuously optimizing processes and formats</li> </ul> <h2>WHAT YOU BRING</h2> <ul> <li>Several years of experience in international event management, both virtual and on-site</li> <li>Proven experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders</li> <li>A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style</li> <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills in an international environment</li> <li>Experience with event management and webinar platforms</li> <li>Fluent in German and English</li> <li>Willingness to travel internationally</li> </ul> <p><strong>It doesn’t matter whether you completed vocational training or hold a university degree</strong> <strong>.
