What you create at Enpal will deliver clean electricity tomorrow and bring about lasting change in how we use energy.</p><h3></h3><h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will provide technical support for live, hybrid and online events, from preparation to completion.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will be responsible for setting up and configuring audio, video and streaming technology</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will also configure virtual event platforms (e.g. Zoom and MS Teams) and provide on-site support to participants</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your responsibilities include the coordination of presentation setups and the management of various sources (split screen, presenter view). You also ensure a clear display on projectors and screens</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will be responsible for setting up stable connections and smooth signal paths (audio, video and network)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You carry out technical checks and test runs and react confidently to any faults that occur during live operation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will work closely with technical and non-technical teams, actively contributing your knowledge to project coordination</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are responsible for the regular maintenance of the equipment and for keeping the software and hardware up to date</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have practical experience of working with professional event and media technology</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have a good basic knowledge of cameras (e.g. Blackmagic), image mixers (e.g. ATEM Mini Extreme) and live streaming technologies (e.g. RTMP), and are keen to develop your expertise in this field</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are also familiar with audio technology, including microphone setups, signal routing and analogue/digital mixing consoles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are familiar with common connection technologies (HDMI, XLR, PoE and Ethernet), and you know how to use them efficiently</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and remain calm in live situations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">- You are a strong team player and communicator with a high degree of personal responsibility</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have fluent knowledge of either German or English (C1 or C2)</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Du bist interessiert, auch wenn du nicht alle Anforderungen erfüllst?
