In this role, you will influence technical architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and high performing. You will collaborate across teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and help advance tools that directly impact decision making and outcomes in social services.<br>&nbsp;</p> <h2>What Will You Do?</h2> <p>Get ready to:</p> <ul> <li class="MsoList">Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance software systems that support Evident Change’s mission</li> <li class="MsoList">Lead design discussions and provide architectural guidance across complex application development efforts</li> <li class="MsoList">Conduct and lead code reviews, offering constructive feedback and enforcing coding standards and best practices</li> <li class="MsoList">Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, supporting skill development and technical growth</li> <li class="MsoList">Evaluate and recommend tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and system performance</li> <li class="MsoList">Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions</li> <li class="MsoList">Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Our Compensation and Benefit Offerings</h2> <p>The national average salary for this position ranges between $108,500 and $115,000 per year.
