You’ll join a team building the infrastructure that makes these outcomes repeatable at scale.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have spent at least 3 years organising events, exceptional hospitality experiences, or in an operations role</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You love problem solving and are fascinated by how to make an events engine hum - from venue sourcing to invite workflows to guest experience and more</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have a deep passion for IRL experiences and you’re excited to enable the impact of Scarlet’s events and community to grow exponentially across the world</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have outstanding organisational skills, care about clean data and processes, use AI agents in your work, and you also like to get hands-on</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You approach problems from first principles and adhere to MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) principles</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Desirable</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have experience building automations within CRMs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You've worked in a start-up environment with high ownership</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You've built event processes, playbooks, or systems that support growth</p></li></ul><h2><br /><strong>What the job involves</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We believe in the impact of premium, IRL experiences. We organise 10+ of these per month across the world, and this will soon be 30+.
