We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;With over $100M in TCV secured within 12 months, and a new $50M Series B led by Highland Europe, Unframe is rapidly scaling globally alongside Fortune 500 customers, backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the Role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We are hiring a &lt;strong&gt;Field CTO / Head of Technical Evangelism&lt;/strong&gt; to lead technical conversations in enterprise sales cycles and build a world-class evangelism function.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;This is a front-line, revenue-driving leadership role.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;You will serve as the technical authority in early-stage customer conversations, translate architecture into business value, and build a team of evangelists who can scale our message across regions and industries.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;You must be equally comfortable speaking with CIOs and whiteboarding architecture for engineering teams.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you’ll do:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; &lt;h4&gt;Lead Technical Strategy in Enterprise Sales&lt;/h4&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Join intro and discovery calls with enterprise prospects&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Own architecture and technical validation discussions&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Translate Unframe’s building block architecture into customer-specific solutions&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Address technical objections&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Evangelize Unframe Externally&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Represent Unframe at executive briefings, conferences, and industry events&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Deliver compelling technical presentations and live architecture sessions&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Build repeatable demo narratives tailored by vertical and persona&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Create thought leadership content (talks, workshops, articles)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Build and Lead the Evangelism Function&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Develop standardized: &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Technical pitch frameworks&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Demo flows&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Objection-handling playbooks&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Verticalized narratives&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Create consistency and excellence across field technical engagements&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Partner Cross-Functionally&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Collaborate closely with Sales on deal strategy&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Provide structured field feedback to Product&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Help refine positioning against consultancies, point tools, and orchestration stacks&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;h4&gt;What Success Looks Like (12 Months)&lt;/h4&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;A repeatable, differentiated technical narrative across the field&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Increased win rates in technically complex deals&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;A high-performing evangelism team supporting multiple regions&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong executive trust with CIO/CTO-level buyers&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Clear positioning in competitive enterprise AI environments&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Who You Are&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Senior technical leader with deep enterprise AI experience and significant customer-facing exposure (Field CTO, VP Solutions Engineering, Principal Architect, Technical Founder, or equivalent).&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Deep knowledge of:&lt;/li&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;LLM architectures&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;AI orchestration frameworks&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Enterprise integrations&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Security and deployment models&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experienced in enterprise sales cycles&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong team builder with experience hiring and leading technical talent&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Exceptional communicator who simplifies complexity without losing credibility&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Public speaking or published technical thought leadership&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience in data-intensive industries (financial services, real estate, enterprise services)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience building technical enablement programs&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;You think commercially.
