Fielde Marketing & Community Outreach internship

<p>Punto Cubano Berlin is a growing dance and cultural academy in Berlin. We teach Cuban salsa, son, rumba, chachachá, Afro-Cuban dance and other Cuban dance and music traditions. Our goal is to create a warm, professional and intercultural space where people learn to dance, connect with others and experience Cuban culture in an authentic way.<br> You will help us make Punto Cubano Berlin more visible across the city, bring new people to our free trial classes and build long-term local partnerships. This is not a random flyer-distribution role. You will work with clear targets, planned routes, a short pitch, QR codes and a structured contact database.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p>Plan and carry out weekly outreach routes across Berlin.</p> <p>• Visit language schools, universities, coworking spaces, cafés, bars, restaurants, hostels, gyms, cultural venues</p> <p>and community spaces.</p> <p>• Introduce Punto Cubano Berlin to local partners and place flyers, posters or QR codes.</p> <p>• Approach potential participants directly and invite them to free trial classes.</p> <p>• Identify and develop local partnerships, for example with cafés, language schools, hostels or community</p> <p>spaces.</p> <p>• Maintain a structured contact and visit database in Google Sheets, Notion or a similar tool.</p> <p>• Support open-air promotions, trial-class promotion and community activities.</p> <p>• Report weekly on visited places, new contacts, leads, registrations and follow-ups.</p> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>You are communicative, open and comfortable approaching people.</p> <p>• You enjoy moving around Berlin and feel confident entering cafés, schools or community spaces to present a</p> <p>project.</p> <p>• You are reliable, structured and good at following up with contacts.</p> <p>• You are interested in marketing, community building, culture, events, tourism or communications.</p> <p>• You speak English and German confidently; Spanish is welcome but not required.</p> <p>• You have a good sense for people, atmosphere and suitable places.</p> <p>• You feel aligned with a friendly, respectful and intercultural working environment.</p> <h2>Benefits</h2> <p>Best dance class lessons in Berlin (Salsa and couple dances)<br> A hands-on internship with clear goals and real responsibility.</p> <p>• Insight into a growing cultural, dance and community project in Berlin.</p> <p>• Weekly check-ins, feedback and guidance from the founding team.</p> <p>• Flexible planning within a 20-hour weekly structure.</p> <p>• Participation in selected classes or community activities by agreement.</p> <p>• Internship certificate or reference at the end of the internship.</p> <p>Please send us your CV and a short motivation statement.
