You’ll establish the systems, controls, reporting, and financial infrastructure needed to support Axle’s next phase of growth, while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll bring strong commercial acumen and financial leadership, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making, strengthen financial governance, and ensure the business can scale efficiently and sustainably.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a broad, high-impact role with significant ownership and exposure across the business, offering the opportunity to shape the financial foundations that underpin Axle’s long-term success.
