TIENS Europe Region is currently active on more than 20 markets.</p> <p>To strengthen our finance team in Berlin, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated: <strong>Financial Accountant</strong> <strong>(m/w/d)</strong></p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Coordinate preparation of German annual financial statements (Jahresabschluss) and year-end closing.</li> <li>Oversee accounting and finance operations across regional branches, covering monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.</li> <li>Ensure accurate recording of daily sales, collections, and financial transactions.</li> <li>Prepare and submit financial reports and analyses for management, ensuring compliance with tax and corporate obligations.</li> <li>Manage payments for suppliers, services, payroll, and commissions per company policy.</li> <li>Maintain accurate financial records in the ERP system (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / Oracle).</li> <li>Monitor inventories and fixed assets; support audits and financial reviews.</li> <li>Support continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls.</li> <li>Coordinate with Regional and Corporate Finance teams to maintain transparency and operational efficiency.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li> <li>3 - 5 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in Germany.</li> <li>Hands-on experience coordinating German annual financial statements (Jahresabschluss) and year-end closing.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of German accounting regulations (HGB) and tax compliance.</li> <li>Experience working with external tax advisors and auditors.</li> <li>Experience in finance operations, financial planning, budgeting, and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).</li> <li>ERP experience (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / Oracle / Datev / One Stop Shop).</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li> <li>Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and regional collaboration.</li> <li>Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; Chinese language skills are an advantage.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Opportunity to scale a unique S2B2C model across Europe</li> <li>Career path into regional leadership or global digital strategy roles</li> <li>Warm and international culture based on respect, collaboration and giving your ideas a spotlight!</li> <li>Interactive activities: team-building, company parties and events</li> </ul> <p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
