<strong>fast-growing company specializing in the design, production, and installation of data center infrastructure</strong>.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As the company scales its large, capital-intensive projects, we are seeking an experienced <strong>Finance Controller</strong> to own financial control, treasury, and contract governance across the business.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is critical in an environment where <strong>long-cycle customer contracts, supplier payment terms, milestone billing, revenue recognition, and significant working capital swings directly impact the company's cash position</strong>.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work closely with Project, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Commercial, and Senior Leadership teams, providing financial visibility across projects while ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, and healthy liquidity.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Your Responsibilities</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own financial oversight of complex <strong>customer, supplier, and subcontractor contracts</strong>, including milestones, payment terms, change orders, retentions, and cost-to-complete.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage <strong>long-term contract revenue recognition</strong> under ASC 606 / IFRS 15, including percentage-of-completion / input methods, contract assets, liabilities, and unbilled revenue.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor <strong>project profitability and financial risk</strong>, including cost overruns, margin erosion, schedule delays, and cash-at-risk.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own key <strong>financial controls, monthly close, management reporting, and audit coordination</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead day-to-day and forward-looking <strong>cash flow management</strong>, including rolling weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor and optimize <strong>working capital</strong>, including customer receivables, supplier terms, inventory, and project-related cash requirements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage <strong>banking relationships, credit facilities, project finance, and asset-backed lending</strong> where applicable.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor <strong>FX exposure</strong> across international equipment, materials, and contracts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with <strong>Sales, Procurement, and Project teams</strong> on commercial terms, payment structures, guarantees, and financial risk before contracts are signed.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide Senior Leadership with clear visibility into <strong>liquidity, funding requirements, project profitability, and overall financial performance</strong>.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>4+ years of experience</strong> in financial controlling or a similar finance role.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in <strong>EPC, infrastructure, construction, equipment manufacturing, data centers, or other project-based businesses</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong experience with financial and management reporting under <strong>GAAP and/or IFRS</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Advanced knowledge of <strong>ASC 606 / IFRS 15</strong> and long-term contract revenue recognition.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated experience in <strong>treasury, cash flow management, and working capital</strong> within a project-based or capital-intensive business.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience reviewing complex <strong>customer, supplier, and subcontractor contracts</strong> from a financial perspective.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of project profitability, cost-to-complete, and financial risk.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working cross-functionally with <strong>Sales, Procurement, Legal, Project, Operations, and Senior Leadership</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor's degree in <strong>Accounting, Finance, or a related field</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent English communication skills.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent</strong> qualification.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous <strong>Big 4 accounting or audit experience</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with data center infrastructure, EPC, construction, manufacturing, or large-scale equipment projects.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with <strong>project finance, credit facilities, or asset-backed lending</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience managing <strong>multi-currency operations and FX exposure</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with <strong>ASC 842 / IFRS 16</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building financial controls and processes in a high-growth organization.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Why Join
