<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a founding-stage, hands-on role at a fast-growing <strong>personalized health diagnostics startup</strong> based in Berlin. You'll work directly with the founders to move ideas into production quickly, automate manual operations using AI and code, and help build repeatable, measurable systems that improve member outcomes — all within a regulated health context.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a <strong>3–6 month engagement</strong> with genuine potential for conversion to a full-time position based on mutual fit. You'll report directly to the Co-Founder &amp; CPTO and have real ownership from day one.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work directly with the founding team in a low-bureaucracy environment to ship ideas quickly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Automate and eliminate manual operations work using AI, code, and clean processes — not by managing tasks by hand.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own customer onboarding and technical setup to move members through the funnel.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run operations and help acquire blood testing locations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Recruit, onboard, and schedule mobile field staff (e.g., mobile nurses).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage customer support and concierge workflows, including member requests and action plans.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Oversee labs and logistics: sample flow, shipping, and escalations (e.g., driver no-shows, lab changes).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Structure pipelines for product and sales to surface member feedback and patterns to the team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build internal tools and automations using AI agents, n8n, Lovable, Retool, Zapier, and Claude/GPT APIs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track ops KPIs with SQL (cycle times, error rates, stockouts) and transform ad hoc processes into measurable systems.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong ownership-driven, bias-to-action work style — hands-on and structured with clear processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to turn manual processes into measurable, repeatable, automated systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling field staff, and managing logistics operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Technically capable: comfortable with basic SQL, APIs, and building tools with Lovable, Retool, or n8n.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">AI-native mindset: daily use of tools like Claude, GPT, or Cursor; automations-first approach.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication skills in both <strong>German and English</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a similar field (studying or graduated).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Evidence of side projects, prototypes, or GitHub work.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in healthtech or regulated environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior exposure to founding-stage or early-stage startups.</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Competitive compensation for a founding-stage role (details shared during the process).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3–6 month engagement with clear potential for full-time conversion.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Direct exposure to founders and meaningful ownership of critical systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>No visa sponsorship available.</strong></p></li></ul><h3>Location</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is <strong>on-site in Berlin, Germany</strong>.
