<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">A fast-growing, early-stage consumer nutrition brand in the men's health space is hiring its first full-time <strong>Founder's Associate</strong> based in Berlin. This is a high-impact generalist role working directly with the founder across brand, product, and go-to-market — making you a core shaper of the company's culture, direction, and Germany-first launch. The right candidate may be considered for a co-founder path.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is an on-site role in Berlin.
