<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a founding-stage role sitting at the heart of a fast-growing <strong>personalized health diagnostics</strong> startup based in Berlin. You'll work directly with the co-founders to move ideas to production quickly, eliminate manual work through AI and automation, and build the repeatable, measurable systems that improve member outcomes — all within a regulated health context.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The engagement is <strong>3–6 months</strong> with real potential for conversion to a full-time role based on fit. It's hands-on, technical, and high-impact from day one — low bureaucracy, high ownership.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work directly with founders in a fast-moving environment to ship ideas quickly and reduce operational drag.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Automate and eliminate manual ops work using AI, code, and clean processes — not manage tasks by hand.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own <strong>customer onboarding and technical setup</strong> to move members through the funnel efficiently.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run day-to-day operations including acquiring blood testing locations and managing logistics (sample flow, shipping, escalations).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Recruit, onboard, and schedule <strong>mobile field staff</strong> (e.g., mobile nurses).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage customer support and concierge workflows — handling member requests and action plans.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Structure pipelines for product and sales to surface member feedback and patterns to the team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build internal tools and automations using <strong>AI agents, n8n, Lovable, Retool, Zapier, and Claude/GPT APIs</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track ops KPIs with <strong>SQL</strong> (cycle times, error rates, stockouts) and convert ad hoc processes into measurable systems.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong ownership mindset with a bias to action — hands-on, structured, and clear about process.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to turn manual processes into measurable, repeatable, automated systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling field staff and managing logistics operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Technically capable: comfortable with basic SQL, APIs, and building tools with Lovable / Retool / n8n.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>AI-native</strong>: daily use of Claude, GPT, Cursor or similar; automations-first mindset.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication skills in both <strong>German and English</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background studying or working in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Evidence of side projects, prototypes, or code (e.g., GitHub activity).</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in healthtech or other regulated environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior exposure to early-stage startup or founder-led environments.</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Compensation details are available on request.
