Small team, one room in Munich, regular offsites in San Francisco.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What This Role Is</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We have revenue, customers and a product that works. What we do not have is a brand that carries that story for us. Most customers and hires still come from outbound. Your job is to change that.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Inbound moves fast. You own the website and change it as often as we change the product: keywords, SEA campaigns, landing pages per use case, the blog, and tracking what converts. The goal is qualified meetings that arrive without a cold call.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Brand builds on what we have. We already have organic reach, now we push further: press, LinkedIn, conferences. Events are yours end to end, which ones are worth it, what the stand looks like, negotiating the speaker slot, and sometimes standing on stage yourself.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You Will Own</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The website, in Webflow: content, structure, landing pages, conversion, tracking</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">SEO: keyword research, on-page and technical work, backlinks.
