Founders Associate

<p>Bits is a Y Combinator–backed fintech startup based in London, UK, focused on building accessible consumer financial products. The company offers solutions such as the Bits Credit Card, Store Card, and related services designed to help customers manage and improve their financial health. </p><p><br></p><p>This role will work with the Founder/CEO, and will be based in SF or London (either works), and will require lots of travel, hustle and building stuff. It's a great role for someone who's passionate about building AND has built stuff before. </p><p><br></p><p>You'll be paid really well, will get to travel across Dubai, London and SF frequently, and most of all will have the chance to build a legacy of building a $100mn revenue business during your stay here. It's a great bootcamp for becoming a future CEO. Not so great if you're looking for a "normal" job with 9-5 hours or no weekends. </p><p><br></p><p>Ideal profile is someone who has a proven track record of achievement, either academically, in sports, or business. Not interested in desktop warriors - just do-ers please. Previous occupants of this role have ranged from age 19 to 39, it really doesn't matter.
