This isn’t a place to coast — but if you want to grow fast, take ownership, and solve tough problems, you’ll be challenged like nowhere else.</em></p> <h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Founding Designer</strong> to own and define Infisical’s brand and marketing design.</p> <p>As Infisical has grown, the number of brand and marketing surfaces we touch has expanded significantly. It has become increasingly important to establish a coherent, high-quality, and memorable design aesthetic that reflects our ambition and the technical depth of our product. This role exists to own and define that visual identity end to end, translating abstract ideas into narrative-rich visuals, proposing creative directions, and bringing consistency and craft into everything we put into the world.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with a co-founder and the Marketing, Sales, and Developer Experience teams to deliver work across a wide range of brand and marketing surfaces. Examples include designing the <a href="https://infisical.com/" rel="nofollow ugc noopener" target="_blank">landing page</a>, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/posts/infisical_today-is-our-final-day-at-kubecon-come-say-activity-7394701827826651136-SgcU?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop&amp;rcm=ACoAADsW4kEBonRRHLjR_2vyF-MAL0Alc9JftEY" rel="nofollow ugc noopener" target="_blank">conference booths</a>, presentations, merch, <a href="https://infisical.com/blog" rel="nofollow ugc noopener" target="_blank">blog designs</a> and other marketing assets, etc.</p> <h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience in a design role, ideally as a brand, visual, or communication designer, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, creativity, and concept-driven work</li> <li>Strong creative and aesthetic judgment — the ability to produce bold, original, and cohesive visual designs.</li> <li>Comfort operating in ambiguity — you can generate creative directions with limited input and run with them without heavy hand-holding.</li> <li>A bias toward action — able to iterate quickly, and make decisions with incomplete information.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn.</li> <li>Based in the Americas (or willing to work in the US timezone).</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Bonus</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Ability to ship landing pages end to end without engineering support.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools like for inspiration, experimentation, or execution.</li> <li>Experience helping scale a design function, or major rebrand.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>How You’ll Grow</strong></h2> <p>In this role, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping how the company looks and presents itself to the world.
