Founding Full Stack Engineer

<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a founding engineering role at an early-stage healthtech SaaS company building the system of record for nursing excellence. The platform helps large health systems improve nurse retention and patient outcomes by centralizing professional governance, digital clinical ladder programs, clinical inquiry (EBP, QI, Research), and ANCC designation management — replacing fragmented spreadsheets and shared drives with a unified, enterprise-grade product.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll be the first or among the first engineers, working directly with the founding team to own architecture, set standards, and ship production features across four integrated products.
