Founding Growth Marketer - Intern (m/w/x)

That takes taste, thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and an evidence-based way of working, because in education, close enough isn't good enough.</p> <p>As Founding Growth Marketer, you'll work directly with our growth founder to build our brand, growth engine, and community. You already know what you're doing, bring some real experience, and are fired up to own something that matters. You think in evidence, not assumptions. You sweat the details because they're the difference between something people use and something people trust.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>Demand &#x26; Growth</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Generate B2B demand.</strong> Increase awareness for OneTutor as a SaaS and AI partner on LinkedIn, at in-person events, press, and beyond.</li> <li><strong>Contribute to growth.</strong> Own and execute the inbound growth engine end-to-end. Set strategy across all channels including SEO, paid, content, and product marketing.</li> <li><strong>Learn from data.</strong> Track, measure, and report on all campaigns; set KPIs, run experiments, iterate fast, and communicate results across the organisation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Brand &#x26; Content</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own the brand.</strong> Evolve OneTutor's brand, positioning, and visual presence. Ensure consistency across every touchpoint, working closely with founders, agencies, and stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Drive the website.</strong> Treat our website as a primary growth and conversion channel; develop it continuously.</li> <li><strong>Translate complexity into clarity.</strong> Turn complex AI topics into compelling stories and visuals that resonate with educators and decision-makers.</li> <li><strong>Produce assets.</strong> Create presentations, landing pages, campaign materials, event collateral, and other brand assets, hands-on, end to end.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Events &#x26; Community</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Run the show.</strong> Roundtables, conferences, and webinars: you own events end-to-end, from first idea to last follow-up, and conceive and host formats for educators and customers.</li> <li><strong>Build the community.</strong> Help build the go-to community for AI in education. Not a mailing list. A space people identify with, learn from, and keep coming back to.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Demand &#x26; Growth</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Data-driven.</strong> You make decisions based on facts and analytically evaluate the success of experiments and campaigns.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Brand &#x26; Content</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Exceptional taste.</strong> You bring exceptional taste and attention to detail in everything you produce.</li> <li><strong>Execute and elevate.</strong> You can take an existing vision and make it better, not just pitch your own ideas.</li> <li><strong>Relevant experience.</strong> You've worked in marketing, brand, or content, ideally in a startup or as an early marketing hire.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Events &#x26; Community</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>You've run things people showed up for.</strong> You've organized events or initiatives that people genuinely loved, and you're hungry for more.</li> <li><strong>A natural connector.</strong> You bring people together and build relationships that last.</li> <li><strong>Bonus: you've built something of your own.</strong> A project, a community, or a side hustle.
