Founding GTM Account Executive

This is a high-impact role — not just closing deals, but helping refine and execute the playbook as we continue to expand outside the US.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll join a high-performing global sales org and work closely with senior sales leadership to strengthen Dandy’s presence in Germany. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership, and wants to play a meaningful role in scaling an international market.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a hands-on role where execution, curiosity, and grit matter.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the full sales cycle: qualify, discover, and close new SMB customers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactively prospect and engage dental practices to drive new client acquisition</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as a founding voice in shaping Dandy’s German sales motion, messaging, and processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Consistently track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Become a student of dentistry and an expert in Dandy’s product and value proposition</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with senior sales leadership to hit revenue targets and refine KPIs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Operate with urgency, accountability, and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ year owning a full-cycle closing role</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Language requirements: Fluent English and native-level German</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment strongly preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited structure and resources</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong organisational skills and disciplined pipeline management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated track record of professional success</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Req ID:</strong> J-1199</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">For full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
