As usage scales, costs add up quickly. The first race was adoption. The next is efficiency: inference costs increasingly determine what companies can afford to build and ship.</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000">We’re building the efficiency layer for production AI. Our systems make AI dramatically leaner, cutting token usage and lowering the cost of every interaction without compromising the quality standards that matter. Over time, we push both cost and quality forward, so companies can do more with AI rather than choose between better performance and a healthier bottom line. We work with enterprise software companies, with the ambition to become a core part of the global AI ecosystem.</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><br></span><strong><span style="color:#000000">About the Role</span></strong></p><p><span style="color:#000000">You’ll work directly with our founder and CEO to build go-to-market from scratch. You’ll define the ICP, build- pipeline, close our first deals and turn those early learnings into a repeatable revenue engine. As a critical early hire, you’ll shape the commercial foundations of the business and how the function develops as we grow.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><span style="color:#000000">We closed our pre-seed in just three weeks and are now preparing our first customer pilots. The pace is high and the timelines are ambitious. We are aiming for something big, and that requires a lot of input from every member of our early team.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">What You’ll Do</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Build pipeline hands-on across technology and software companies in DACH.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Own the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery through to negotiation and closing.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Land initial licensing deals and grow accounts into larger commercial relationships over time.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Understand how customers run their AI workloads, what those workloads cost and the quality standards they need.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Work with the founder and engineering team to turn customer needs into measurable pilots.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Build the AI-enabled systems, CRM discipline and processes needed to make early sales repeatable.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Turn customer insight into sharper positioning and meaningful input for product strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Do whatever it takes to get deals over the line, including the unglamorous groundwork nobody else is doing yet.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">About You</span></strong></p><p><span style="color:#000000">Our ideal candidate has experience selling complex, AI-native software to B2B software companies, owning the process from first contact to signature. Experience with AI infrastructure, developer tools, cloud products or enterprise software is also highly relevant.</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000">However, we optimise above all for evidence of exceptional execution: tenacity, commercial judgement, learning speed and the ability to build. We care more about what you’ve delivered than where you studied or worked.</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#000000">You’ve personally built a B2B software pipeline and closed deals end to end.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">You can build a full-cycle GTM system from the ground up and use AI meaningfully throughout it.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">You understand SaaS and can sell technical products credibly to both commercial and technical buyers.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">You create structure from ambiguity, learn quickly and take substantial ownership.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">You solve difficult problems creatively and remain practical about what it takes to get results.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Fluent English is required.
